For those who haven’t read The Ghost Dog recently, the Chief assigned James to help on the case at the end of the chapter. He’s an officer but he gets to wear plain clothes while helping the detectives because it’s a special assignment and also I didn’t want to draw his uniform for a bunch of pages.
